Oh, and on Wednesday, I'd "negotiate" with the Head of R1 to let the excellent Stuart Maconie to feature a regular(-ish) Classical piece on that fair Channel: far more influential at introducing that audience to R3 repertoire I'd've thought than hoping they'll stray over the airwaves to hear a few "old" people waffling on about how Beethoven's Moonlight brings back memories of holidays in Scarborough in the 1950s?
