Is it my imagination or is Radio 3 getting ever more sloppy with it's editing of programmes for Listen Again? For example, Saturday's PreHear starts late by 9 minutes. The first 9 minutes are to be found at the tail-end of the preceding programme. Is this what they mean by Delivering Quality First?
