                    Grainger: Scotch Strathspey and Reel (whose title rather reminds me of his Irish Tune from County Derry, to the extent that neither could really be from another coutry, could they?!); Grainger, being part Scots himself, ought to have known better than to use "Scotch" in the title rather than "Scottish", especially since strathspeys and reels are rather hard to do when you've had Scotch first - that title ought therefore to be scotched and replaced.

                        Might PG's (over?)assertion of the work's Scottishness be to reassure us when we find that one of its main tunes is 'What shall we do with a drunken sailor?', not usually thought of as coming from north of the border?
