I thought the link that S_A was making was that in Turn Of The Screw, the ghosts aren't your usual (Ghostbusters!) type ghosts, but eerie extensions, or shadows of 'real' characters involved in the plot.Originally posted by ferneyhoughgeliebte View Post
The last time I attended a performance of Turn Of The Screw at the ENO about 7 years ago, I'm sure shadows were used (but I could be wrong).
