                                PS: For LMcD, you were on the right track, as I had in mind that both the Strauss and Carter were both posthumously premiered. (I think, however that I broke my own rule, in that I've probably used the Carter work in this thread before. As much as possible, I try to mention a work once, but I haven't strictly followed that rule over the years.)
