    what does this mean?
who's she hoping to attract to r3?
who are potential fans of smp?

when the beeb get stuff wrong, they really go for it quite spectacularly.

"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
      Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

if you could supply a link to a decent musical twitterer I will give it a go !!
@overgrownpath, @opengoldberg, @joycedidonato and @classicalnews should provide some pointers for you. Critics of Twitter tend to concentrate on the 140-character "tweets", bemoaning their triteness and banality. Well, quite. The secret to Twitter's success is in the links embedded in the tweets. As already mentioned in this thread, Twitter is a superb news aggregator. Follow the links posted by Twitter members in their tweets and you will find some interesting websites. The search tag "#classicalmusic" is also useful.
