We cleared out gran's flat today. Put the good stuff on ebay, binned some stuff and gave the rest to a charity shop. Then went to the estate agents and put her flat on the market. She'll go mad when she gets home from bingo.
    Nice one, Cal.

An old lady went into a photographic shop and asked if they could make an enlargement of a photograph of her son.

'Certainly, madam' said the assistant. 'Would you like it mounted?'

'Oh, yes please. He'll look lovely on a horse!'

I'm 20 hours into my sponsored Sports Relief semaphore marathon. Unfortunately I'm starting to flag quite badly.
"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
                Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

That was a signal failure. In fact, it drove me up the pole.

Great one, Cal, though I must be more careful with my audience. Quote Miss C: 'I feel this would be funny if I knew what semaphore was.' It signals that I am a failure as a parent.

The flag positions required for the two letters, I presumed.
