    I remember some comic pointing out years ago that all humour is at someone's expense. You can never predict who might be offended and the only way of ensuring that you never cause any is never to make any jokes.

        Well, not "us" - "we" weren't responsible for the export of Britain's manufacturing base, surely. But now I am being pedantic.
