Not at all, as I know I'd get a saucy rejoinder!

Acually works with any whole number, no matter how many digits, at step 1 so long as at step 5 you keep adding the digits together till they get down to one.

Hours of innocent fun during lockdown?
I keep hitting the Escape key, but I'm still here!

                    Indeed!
The Year-5 kids where I do my volunteer work like the 9 times table.
They write a column in decreasing order from 9 to 0 then next to it a column increasing (effectively from 0 but they usually miss that out against the 9) from 1 to 9.
Some of them were intrigued to realise that the sum of the two digits in each number was always 9.

                      I like the 11 test.
In any number of 3 digits or more, if you add together alternate numbers and the totals are equal, the number will be always divisible by 11.

                      1375
                      1 + 7 = 8 3 + 5 =8
                      1375 divided by 11 = 125

                      Really handy for ‘Countdown’!

Also, having divided the large number by 11, the answer's digits add up to the same number ...so in this case 1+ 2+ 5 = 8 !!!

                          Well, I didn’t know that!
The only number without a quick division is 7. Annoying.

                            Very old joke:

Question to tax advisor: What do two and two make?

Answer: What do you want it to make?
