    Got a heated throw for Christmas, like a big fleecy blanket. Is ideal for covering me lounging on the sofa. Apart from that I am currently wearing ski thermals below my ordinary clothing and wearing them through the night.
    Annoyingly listening to and commenting on radio 3...

      Shawls and Housecoats over polo necks here, even with the heat on...still barely warm enough.
      ..I have to very gradually delayer them as I prepare things in the kitchen. And you can't wash up or feed cats wearing fingerless mittens .....which doesn't stop me trying, and then....

        I was going to suggest rubber gloves big enough to go over the fingerless gloves but then realised you'd written mittens, so that wouldn't work...
