This is just a cost cutting ewxcercise by the NHS. They give a very good explanation as to why they are doing this, and one I do agree with, but this is jsut a way of cut backs. I am retired from nursing.

How is this 'cost cutting'? 'Cost cutting' implies not supplying something that is needed because there are no funds. This on the other hand surely is not only saving money but also minimising the number of people who will be suffering side-effects by taking a drug that is not needed.
