Shame that the metropolitan press bill the fest as being in Newcastle - it is partly, but the predominant component is in Gateshead - the party city's cultural cousin across the Tyne.

Yes, having both worked and lived (well within the Metropolitan Borough, at least) in the past in Gateshead, I have a certain affinity for the place - and the Sage is a fantastic asset to the Town, thanks to the prescience of the Council in the early days.
