    upselling knickers - what muzak helps

    according to R4 M&S are thinking of re-introducing shop muzak - would this be as off-putting as the typical R3 advert

    The R3 adverts aren't (yet) continuous so there is at least some relief from the irritation.

        They reintroduced it in Scarborough M & S, so I wrote a letter of complaint and received a string of excuses, along with feeble reasons about why it was a good thing. But they failed to answer my questions. I wrote back, asking for answers. My letter was ignored.

        I haven’t been in since then.

          Nights in white satin should cause less irritation than some other fabrics, I would have thought.
