There's a 'Great Summer of Sport' coming up!

All true sports fans must be getting pretty excited at the prospect of the mouth-watering titanic clash between Italy and Turkey that kicks off The Euros this evening. And England REALLY have got a chance of winning a major international competition for the first time since whenever it was, especially if they avoid countries with much smaller populations, such as Iceland and Croatia.
If that wasn't exciting enough, there's Wimbledon to come.
    And the Olympics (possibly).
And some cricket (including The 100).
It's going to be difficult to find much time to listen to music, but I shall do my best!

...and, this Sunday, L, there's the forum showdown as the mighty Stockport County take on the mighty Hartlepool United in the National League play-off semi-final.

It has already started with French Open Tennis in Paris producing some good matches, eg a most exciting Women's Semifinal yesterday - sport at its best. Nadal vs Djokovic later today is amazingly only a semi. Yet to be convinced about the 100 - there have been some exciting 20-20s, eg Middx v Surrey last night. There's the World Test Championship final at Lord's, starting a week today. Not to forget British and Irish Lions in South Africa concurrent with Olympics. And the five-test series v India in September.

As far as I'm concerned it's all just one big racket.

Ace! Did you find that on the net by any chance?
If Turkey play to their full potential tonight I'm sure they will delight even the Italian 'ultras'.
