      Although I don't seem to find using the standard mice so problematic, I know several people who find that the ergonomic style mice - such as the Anker one I mentioned, cause them much less discomfort. People who have already suffered from RSI might find that they do provide some benefits if they have to use mice in order to get their interactions with computers effective.

      Another factor which may be important is just how rapidly any computer responds to changes in movement of a mouse. It is infuriating when movements are made which do not reflect quickly enough in the visual feedback as shown on a display.
