They are still bleating on about him on R4 - great pity they could not of had a dry run and asked Philip's opinion - my guess is that he would not have wanted this which reeks of the forced adulation seen in North Korea and other authoritarian regimes (tho I guess that is what the UK has become with rule by decree and an opposition that dare not even squeak let alone speak)
