Petroc (or his producer) decided to end this morning's 'Breakfast' with the final movement of Sibelius's 5th symphony, which is one of those pieces that never fails to set me up for the day, ready to face whatever is lying in wait.

I usually stick R3 on in the morning after breakfast - usually from 7:50-ish for as long as there's something listenable on (or if it's not good from the start then I switch off). Other than that I tend not to enjoy music until after I've had a shower and practiced guitar for a bit, for some reason.
