Originally posted by Richard Barrett View PostBut seriously, I would have thought that in view of the catastrophic record of the present government in almost every regard but especially in its lethal response to the Covid pandemic, anyone who voted Tory in the last election ought to be hanging their head in shame. I imagine this post will be removed but I hope a few people see it first.
As regard the removal of posts - if certain people don't want to read messages posted by certain other people, that doesn't mean that the former want the latter to stop posting, or leave the Forum. When I was on the brink of leaving, I was unaware that there was a simple way of ignoring certain messages - a practice that seems to have a number of adherents. A kind friend pointed it out to me, for which I am grateful.

Originally posted by LMcD View PostBut seriously, I couldn't agree more, and see nothing objectionable in what you say or the way you say it. As far as the Covid crisis goes, I actually hope that Boris Johnson remains in good health, since - as far as I can see - only one of his Cabinet colleagues is more competent than he is, and he should remain in post at No. 11. Attribution of blame and rolling of heads can wait until we've got the virus under control - assuming, of course, that we ever do.
