Realistically - mostly amazon deliveries are good, but not absolutely 100%. Our experience might suggest 98-99% - a few mistakes each year, with deliveries at a rate of several each week.

It’s just a pain trying to sort things out when they go wrong.

I always find 'Reply With Quote' helps a bear of little brain like me to cope with other people's verbal wizardry and keep track of a conversation. Perhaps the nearness of the sea makes me a bit slow on the uptake sometimes.

Have you taken it up via the Amazon disputes procedure? I understand they can come down pretty hard on marketplace suppliers who do not respond well to customer complaints.
