Indeed, right!
And I would argue a double irony there, given that the very environment in which businesses have to operate under capitalism is one of uncertainty - if you're a business person, however efficient and working within margins, you never know what threats might be coming along.

That'll be the 'haven't got a clue' one then? Yes, wise move to keep that under wraps.
In the meantime those wanting answers probably look slightly further afield than the government of the country in which they are trying to continue business.
