It's a sad state of affairs but, despite loathing Mr Johnson and his gang of goons, I find myself also having to tactically vote Tory because ironically Labour would do far more harm to the most vulnerable members of our society through their socialist policies that throughout the past hundred years have a proven track record of utter failure.
The silly manifesto seemed the last straw until one found another in their bonkers statement that they would convert Chequers into a home for the homeless. This was the kind of absurd statement that Evo Morales, the socialist president of Bolivia, made before his election. Last month The Guardian reported that he had to be airlifted out of the country as it disintegrates into chaos. The majority of homelessness, incidentally, could be solved relatively easily, and a real Labour party would have been able to do this. One bears no ill will to Mr Corbyn's supporters - many of them mean well, but they are profoundly misguided and one must hope that after Friday they will take time to reflect that their enemies are not Tony Blair, core old-fashioned Labour supporters (such as the Kemps), the BBC and poor Laura Kuensberg but the elite who have installed themselves at the top of the party and have used their diabolical skills to shore up support with the momentum membership.

I always find it ironic when people speak of the "real Labour Party"; people used to criticise Wilson and Callaghan in the 1970s in comparison with the postwar Attlee government, which brought in many of the same sorts of policies as Corbyn intends, but maybe you're not old enough to know that.

No, nothing tactical about it. If there's a Tory government after Thursday many people who voted for them are going to end up finding it hard to sleep at night, after having been partially responsible for an attack on society the like of which we haven't seen since the 1980s.

I don't loathe him, just find him intensely unlikable, and in addition untrustworthy. Doesn't even have the merits and humour of GW Bush - whom I have gradually come to like over the years. Unlike you I have not voted for the Cons.

It's a pity, because BoJo could have been really good - well perhaps, but he has done so many things wrong. Oh - I fell about laughing at watching him "lead" the other world leaders off the stage very recently. If you've not seen that, look at the recent episode of I've got News for You. A born leader, perhaps!

He was bright enough, as a child, to gain a Kings Scholarship to Eton but then, unlike the Oppidan Cameron, failed to gain a First at Oxford. Also something of a thug, having offered to arrange the beating up of someone who had offended a friend of his.

Not only this, but vote to lose the NHS, vote for climate catastrophe! The latter point is the most important one of this election, since our time is running out where that's concerned, and the Tory promise to decarbonise by 2050 would far too late and thus completely pointless.
