What about one for "gnome"?
How about these two: "Happy Henry Likes Beer But Could Not Obtain Four Nuts" and "Naughty Magpies Always Sing Perfect Songs Clawing Ants" which might actually be useful for University Challenge.

I've not found one, or made one up yet, but I did find this:
"Never eat cake, eat salmon sandwiches and remain young" which is similar in intent to the backing track one.
