Not good to mock people under time pressure to give an answer either, lots of us would say anything that came into our heads rather than say nothing. Maybe it's different when there's time to consider. The "Who wrote Handel's Messiah/Water Music?" clip is funny IMO (see my post above) The studio audience thought so.

Sorry, I didn't notice. I don't really 'do' mnemonics, I find them at least as hard to remember as the originals they represent! Anyway how often do we need to know the planets or the rainbow colours? It's really only for quizzes, which is where we came in...
