I hope you're right.The staunch Brexiters don't seem to mind how much harm is done to our country in terms of isolationism, reduced trade, increased bureaucracy, cultural barriers, loss of respect for Britain internationally, sinking of the pound, Scotland and Northern Ireland potentially leaving UK, Britons taking other citizenship and moving away etc etc as long as they have their outmoded Englander delusion of sovereignty. possibly not but with global warming maybe we will become the land where the lemon trees bloom - but then maybe not but if it means getting French golden delicious off the shelves and replaced by Coxes etc then that would suit me very well.
