I'm not sure if the sleeves ever got reprinted, but the details on the back of the Tavener one in the set I have are incorrect: there are 13 tracks on the CD, as printed on the CD itself, the unlisted ones being
12: The Lord's Prayer
13: Svyati, 'O Holy One'
