      Not a cough mixture but cough/throat sweets - Jakemans - my preference is for the dark ones - I and many of my singer friends swear by them!

          I’ve been experiencing a bad cough and sore throat. I think it’s getting better now. MrsBBM has been administering Benelyn for coughs and throat.

            As a child I was addicted to Liqufruta, cough or no cough. Sadly no longer available.

              ....almost a childrens cough syrup, the most tastey, but not particularly good at getting to the locus of the cough is/was Balm of Gillead (like nektar) [OK then nectar]....called Bum of Gillead in our household
