we were going to be called "Bishop of Fish" in honour of the Fish-Bish

I believe you will find these 69 helpful:

Listen to 71 Grimsby Town football songs and Grimsby soccer chants from Blundell Park. Add GTFC mp3 chants to mobile smartphones ringtones, Playstation and xBox.

This is one of my favourites:

            Yes, quite.

Your earlier part quoting of Greenaway - Roger, not Peter - provides us with a political correctness dilemma. Strictly speaking, it would have been preferable with hindsight if Blue Mink had been more cross-racial than they were so that all of the lyrics were ironic self-reference. But I guess they got away with it because their fundamental message was one of racial harmony. One should hear it as a part of the innocent times before the New Seekers' "I'd Like To Teach The World To Sing" was captured by the early neoliberal forces of coca cola.

"Oh like a Curly Latin kinkies
Oh Lordy, Lordy, mixed with yellow Chinkees, yeah"

            Etc.

            Featuring the great Madeleine Bell:

Hi This is The Original Version of Melting Pot By Blue Mink Great Version by Culture Club Though ; )

It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.

This thread is getting silly....and is straying from the noble and high-minded purpose that motivated me to initiate it.

                      :)

But was it the sole purpose?
