Moral choice - give money away or buy stuff/services instead?

    PS While Seamus Heaney won a Nobel for Lit, fellow College past pupil John Hume, who founded the Credit Union in Derry, won his Nobel for Peace. John is not too well now. Spare him a thought.

          I notice the National Lottery is running a campaign that focuses on 'Who wins if you win?' I'm sure many groups and individuals benefit from those few souls who win these staggering amounts. I think the ability to do so much good is an incentive for those of us who cough up week after week.
