....an excellent read [400 pages but a real page turner]:McMafia, crime without frontiers by Misha Glenny, telling of the criminal, corrupt kleptocracies all over the world (as Nicholas Parsons might say)....tales like Serbs run out of shells so ring up the local Croatian crimeboss/general and he sends them /sells them some ammo.
