Shouldn’t be too bad today. My town of Haywards Heath was flooded out in a lot of areas yesterday, when we had that thunderstorm in the afternoon! I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything like it here at all.

Shorts & T-shirt my advice on what is a very humid cloudy day. I don't think it's going to rain, but to be on the safe side a light cape in an attachable bag of some sort probably best, rather than a back pack! It depends on how far you're cycling but I would take some iced water in a thermos.

I think a nice little half-bottle of chablis is more our Calibran's style...

Calibran - an unhealthy breakfast cereal?

Muggy and sunny with a fair amount of cloud, here.

We have barely seen a sunbeam all day long.

No torrentials either, and it is a neutral sort of temperature, quite unexceptionable...

On the weather enthusiasts site I visit, those living in Southampton claim it is a very cloudy place. I still think Jonathan Meades was very wrong to disparage Southampton by implied association, though.

It was actually quite sunny for most of the time - some cloud drifted over around 3.30 and by 4 there was the lightest possible summer rain, actually more refreshing than anything else, and it dried from clothing and skin within seconds. Altogether rather pleasant....

Not too bad yesterday. A bit muggy down here but I thought there was a cool breeze. MrsBBM thought it was muggy some what.

Good! And I hope your cycling went OK too, Cali.
