used to be so good at these things before the robots took over
Not the robots' fault, they're only doing what the humans have told them to....Garbage in, garbage out as they say.

And I've just realised that with the 'new improved' version I can't access the forecast now unless I 'sign in'. It's getting to be tiresome the extent to which one is expected to hand over personal information to access things, or be excluded. If it's a BBC service and I've paid my licence fee why do I have to give them valuable data?

A few flakes here too this morning. I thought it must be the angry woman from upstairs, beating up her pillow on the landing!

Couldn't sleep last night so was able to watch the rather beautiful moonlit snowfall and interesting cloud effects. Two to three inches of fluffy stuff to greet the morning commuters, but it didn't freeze. Glad not to have to go out - usual Wednesday morning volunteer gardening not happening for fairly obvious reasons....

Where was this rather nicely painted scene? In UK?

Two hospital visits in one day! All not too bad. Just been referred for a CT scan re my levels are always high. But for someone that has multiple myeloma, it’s not surprising. We just dotting the I ‘s and crossing the T’s. Hope it’s not Hep d or e!

A day of rest today. No appointments, no nothing! Completely relax! Not too bad outside just now. The sun has come out, after the rain we had earlier!

Take it easy, Bbm. I'm off to St Sprees for my weekly groceries this afternoon. Heavy grey cumulus predominating, and piling up through thick stratocumulus layer, producing wind gusts and a few cold spots of rain. Depending on what's coming up from the west will determine if it's to be footslog or cycle ride. It has to be today: I'm out of milk!

Well, oop 'ere, it's a fabulous day, wall to wall sunshine, not a cloud to be seen. After yesterday's filth, much appreciated.

.........then biggish overnight snow, fine sun, then slurries of stinging sleet, nasty wind, then a fast half thaw, and THEN skies clear, stars out, and the half-thawed fields and tracks begin to re-freeze. It'll be lethal tomorrow. Take care.
