      Saharan sand on the way.
The Met Office have warned the UK that a giant plume of Saharan dust is set to turn the skies a strange hue

Living on an unmade road doesn't help either, I brush the dust off the windscreen before I use the car. The rain arrived here after lunch and was heavy enough to wash the dust, as thin mud, off the roof of the car while I was driving home after the vol gardening stint. Nasty scratching sound from the wipers. Laying the dust does make things easier on the eyes though.

Hopefully, it’s going to be a great day, today. If it stays fine, I’ll be going out for a saunter on my scooter, just before lunchtime, with MrsBBM and BBMPuppy!

And a very yellow full moon later on. But, what a change in today's weather!

A large quantity of rain last night (complete with saharan sand payload), but today wall to wall sun and blue sky. Bit of an edge to the breeze, but not uncomfortably so.

Very misty start here this morning, but the promise of unbroken blue skies when the sun finally breaks through.

As it was such a good day, yesterday, I went for a saunter on my motobility scooter. So good being outside. Just a bit of a chill in the air, but invigorating. Otherwise, I’m inside, if the weather is otherwise!

A lovely morning, weather-wise, ideal for hedge - trimming the roses (forget all that pruning instruction nonsense).

Sun and blue skies here as well, but the breeze is making things a bit chilly. Good to see the bright silver moon last night after the sand had been washed from the air.

Another lovely day, today. Another opportunity to go out on my motobility scooter.
