The actual quantity of rain isn't as great as it might be but the wind magnifies the wetness. My house isn't actually cold but I am perceiving it as such so the woodburner might be lit later - I did think to bring some logs in before the rain started. I'm hoping that the Met Office has got it right for tomorrow as I will be in a gazebo outside at work delivering a nature based holiday activity, which won't be much fun if the wind keeps up.Comment
