Antiseptic astringent... unlike most moisturisers, oils etc.
Maybe last thing at night, and don't wash your hands for as long as possible...... it can also be more effective to put a plaster over any applied creams or ointments....leaving on as long as possible.

I will have to live off the memory of Ayew's stunning winner against Watford only three weeks ago. Our first (and last) visit to Palace this season. Also a family meet-up which also won't take place again for a while.
(PS I also have two sheds)

I tend to get eczema over the winter and, I think, at times of to some extent anxiety or nervousness... not that I consciously feel these things but I tend to interpret the appearance of eczema with these things! So - I hope it goes when summer comes round...
