Well it is blowing a hooley here - 68 mph gust recorded at a famous airfield just 6 miles to the SE in the past hour... and I'm not Biggin' this up!

Blimey ------ well, it has now and gusts like I have never experienced even up here. And shoals of rain in great thundering billows.
