Is it too early to say whose staying up or going down?

Its not too late to say that Saints are going to struggle. 2 points from 3 of the winnable home games, leads being thrown away, all the signs of a team that is going to struggle.

We are playing a bit better going forward, but that is irrelevant if you keep conceding 2 goals when in front. Hughes has stopped the worst of the rot of last season, but some of his decision making ( why on earth wouldnt you have Romeu on the bench, he was exactly the player we needed late on tonight) is suspect. i fear we will scratch around for points and hope that a few teams are worse than us.

Yeah, ts, Sutton on 5 live during commentary said that Saints should have had the game done and dusted, and that Brighton didn't deserve a draw but that you couldn't take away from the way they fought to the end. It's just not like Sparky to chuck away a two-nil lead. Don't worry...long way to go and a lot of teams not sure quite what they're doing yet.

Saints' opponents also managed 3 goals, 8ob, all in the Saints' nets (it was a game of two halves - both rubbish for the Buddies) - I mean Hamilton...honestly...drive you to drink, it would...if I wasn't already there, that is!!

Villa 1 Owls 2 - it seems that Wednesday played very well - a good team effort - Leeds at home, next - would love to see us beat them well!

Great win for the Owls there, and good to see Hartlepools keeping going strong.
I went to Sainsburys in the hope of avoiding hearing about the inevitable drubbing.
At the checkout I realised it was half time, and thanks to the wonders of the smartphone.......

Good to see that Saints are safely in the hat for the draw for whatever round comes next of whatever it is called this season.
