Yes - very well done ts - I will get to Bootham Crescent before its demise - but all local authorities are now the devil.

Already a lot of upset on the shops that have left - but to pursue a new stadium is to bleed money and it's revolting.

Time to scrap local democracy - it is an awful thing - and nothing but half a dozen people being bribed by big business.

Most of them at best have lousy personalities and think they are big cheeses on bog-standard polytechnic degrees,

(Genuinely never understood my "status", thought everyone was above, but Christ haven't the 2000s sorted that one)

Apologies, a bit late with the midweek round up , what with work, some high profile social engagements etc.......

      Spennymoor 2 York City 4

Stockport County 6 ( six) Southport 0. I wonder if ER has already heard the result.....
Hampton and Richmond 1 Chelmsford City 1
Havant and Waterlooville 1 Truro City 2

Think thats it . Nice set of results. Stockport Cruising, just like their No1 fan.......

Sorry if I have missed anything.
It all kicks off again Friday night..

In industrial news, Virgil van Dyke has called off his strike action.
      Possibly.

Beat me to it Cloughie. great result against a team in decent form.

In the other late game, it was Stoke 2 , Man Utd 2.

Saints fans in meltdown. We need VVD back , and to find a way to score the occasional goal, and fast.

Probably all the board teams but it'll be interesting to see if Huddersfield can points match the Manchester big boys!

My Burnley cousin at the game today said they were mighty fortunate to take the 3 points; that Palace were way the better team. Not necessarily much consolation, mind you. As they used to say in the 'Hotspur' (or was it the 'Hornet'?), 'It's Goals that Count'!

A most frustrating watch. They had so much of the play, I thought they must score if not through skill at least by the law of averages. Talk of Roy Hodgson being lined up ....

PS Just happened!. I think I'd have waited at least till after Saints next week, but happy to be proved wrong.
