    Quite a finish, Wasn't it, JC ?

In the end I guess both sides will be happy enough with a point, and Scotland have the England fixtures out of the way now.

Bad luck for Scotland though, on coming so close to what would have been the stuff of legends.

The wee man's free kicks were pretty good mind you, ts; though that one by the Venezuelans today was mighty fine too, even though it hit the post.

Puel sacked, to nobody's great surprise. Too many really ordinary performances at home,I'm afraid. away form was very decent, but clearly not enough to keep his job, and 8th place masks a slide in performance level from the previous season.

Funny old world, top half of the PL and a cup final is one of our best seasons ever, looked at in a certain light.

Foxes bidding high for Maguire. £17m is a lot, but he clearly has potential.

Nigel Pearson would be my choice for new man.

Shame he had that bad time at Derby.

New play off format for conference leagues, wonder if it will catch on ?

We explain the structure of Non league football in England, our history of supporting clubs and why a non-league football club should join Pitchero.

                      Jaap Stam would be interesting.

                      Teuchel favourite at 2-1.
If they appoint Sherwood, (33-1) I'm going to watch american football, or something.
Nige is 33-1, but probably better suited to Leeds.

Generally a good move. Will the finals be on neutral grounds?
I'd like to see 3 up and down between L2 and the National League.

Anyway, surely Stockport will sweep all before next season?

                          I hope so.
3 up from the conference is well overdue.
Play off finals at the ground of the team finishing highest in the league I think

I think that 8th place with a bit of a gap over 9th and it might have looked better. On your recent appointments you will probably go for a foreigner! Seems strange that they've waited until now to sack him, surely better done in May!

The same thought struck me that he may wish to return to finish the job, or maybe Atkins?
