Pretty even first half, cloughie. Burnley's wee winger, Edwards, was man of the match. Scored a great goal. Second half The Owls couldn't get the ball at all and became increasingly frustrated. Burnley well worth the win...some cracking goals, not that that's much solace. Nice ground.

Well done to the Buddies. One to remember. 1991 eh ? Hopefully not such a long wait for the next one.

The Hampshire Saints were guilty of a dismal capitulation today. After a feeble start and going a goal down , we perked up a little bit and had a passable half an hour either side of half time. But as soon a Brighton got their second we totally unravelled, and the gaps in our defence were absolutely inexcusable.
we are lucky to have such a good keeper, it could have been much worse.
No idea where we go from here, although Chelsea and Liverpool away would be one answer. Oh dear.
