Another win for the Buddies this time against Hearts - unbeaten start to the league campaign continues - still second, two behind Celtic. Vertigo kicking in...12 clear of relegation zone.
Thats the correct way of looking at it. Fantastic stuff, JC.

as for the Hampshire Saints, there is no correct way of looking at it. Tuesday night was very poor. I watched our “ tactics” and “ philosophy” carefully. Incomprehensible. And today seems to have beeen just as bad
The mess is big, deep, and tall, as the cat in the hat put it.

this is not going to get radically better any time soon, because the manager is almost certainly safe for now.
anyway, all going swimmingly for the Foxes.

as Quo sang Down, Down, Deeper and Down!

Swans 3 Owls 0

Another dreadful performance and result.
New ideas and manager needed

Never thought I’d be saying this but probably desperate enough to consider the return of Bruce or even the arch Blade Warnock!

Leicester 1 Bristol City 0

A hard fought victory by all accounts and a heartwarming welcome back for Nigel Pearson and a couple of ex players.

Good stuff Buddies, sorry Sainty and Cloughmeister.

Blades 0 - and it sounds as if they were lucky to get that - Toon 8

with 8 different scorers

Hibs 4 Buddies 2...concentrate on the league, I suppose.

But in the cup

Toon 1 Man City 0

helped obviously by the return of Joe Linton

Great result. I assume Joe was rested at the weekend...think how many they would have scored if he'd been around, anton.

Yeah, well, remember what happened to the team that stopped city winning the quadruple last season, AG.
just saying…

Joelinton- secret weapon…….

Sorry Cloughers.

I fancy ts might be off to SMS today for another intriguing fixture.

Yes, things looking tough for the Owls.

yep, I’m off to SMS, for the game. 12.30 is a lousy time to kick off.
nobody has any expectations of a decent performance or a win, but its a funny old game, apparently.
Good luck to the forum teams today.

Have an enjoyable game down there, sainty...always good to get a result against Leeds. Buddies in Killie today - deluge forecast...rain, rather than goals, I should add. Sorry about the Owls' result last night, cloughie...put a damper on Friday night for me. Good fortune to all the forum teams today.
