We’ll likely be playing you in the league next season. It seems to be unravelling quickly at SMS. Still time to save ourselves, but it is prety difficult to see how, unless we get a settled defence and the new players turn out to be a good bit better than the existing squad.
The fans have got the towels ready for throwing in.
Stockport County in a play-off position, having only just returned to the football league.

Nosebleed sorted - first defeat in Paisley for a wee while now. Sitting sixth which feels about right. Two big games coming up against Motherwell and Ross County which could determine if we are in the top six at the split.

Goal of the season contender from Stephen Humphrys for Heart of Midlothian yesterday in their game against Dundee United.
Watch Hearts' Stephen Humphrys score a remarkable goal from his own half to seal a 3-1 Scottish Premiership victory over Dundee United.

It looks as though at last the Prem are looking at Playfair rules - I’ve thought for a while that some top clubs seem to be able to spend at will in contrast to the EFL who clamp down and deduct points and then continue to kick clubs when they are down.

Decent point in a big game.

Saints upped their level and found an even more special way to lose than usual.
We were actually worth the lead we took before Lemina’s red card, and played some good stuff.
Which counts for nothing if you concede 2 to 10 men.

Hard to see any way to turn this round.

Perhaps Brendan was right all along; we needed new players.

Nice result for your lot, Alison.

I’m afraid that Jones walked into a bad situation and managed to make it worse. Must be wishing he had stayed at Luton and forced a big pay rise .

The fans are almost 100% against him.

The only bright spot is that most of our many recent signings look as though they have potential, and we ought to have a chance of competing effectively in the Championship, if relegation should happen.

Stayed in the game till a v dodgy penalty decision at Celtic Park with associated sending off...'twas often thus v either half the Firm. That was it for another year. A tanking in the end, and sent packing to concentrate on the league.

Looks like Nathan's shoogly coat peg has hit the deck, ts. Celtic fans are getting very worried as the eyes look north to Postecoglou, who's been doing fine work at Celtic Park.

Outrageous, undeserved draw for Palace v Brighton. Palace goal - only shot on target - was thanks to their goalie fumbling a simple catch. Palace had 25% possession and Brighton had a goal disallowed based on clear human error by VAR operator.

Worrying lack of form from the Eagles but a point's a point, especially if it enrages Seagulls' fans
