There were two songs in the second half . One was a tedious diatonic repetitive melody sung interminably by the Japanese fans. I worked it out on the piano and then promptly forgot it . Almost as irritating as the three note tune sung by the Senegalese yesterday. I’m pretty sure the Japanese sung the Sting tune as well. The Croats weren’t singing much - just playing extremely tedious footy.

....ah them Croats have got a checkered past....but I've got extra time for the Red an Whites + Luca Modric....but I like Japan better and they got a kick in the Balkans (such limp penalties)....Now we need South Korea to say NUTS to Brazil....(there is hope in the world until there is no hope....)....

.......I think they have to play the way they play as they don't have many high quality players....it's interesting that they have had a certain amount of success, even tho'....but don't see a new generation coming through....Romania were always my hate (esp that phil neville "aaah don't touch him moment"....and Portugal....

I love the way that the South Koreans have kept their heads up despite the first half doing. Good on them.
