Into the playoffs then, anton - very good result coming back from 2 down.

        Meanwhile in S6 - Owls 1 Imps 1 - can’t hold a lead!

Loud cheer in this house when the Palace score clicked over to 2-1 near the end and corresponding frustration when it clicked back to 1-1, especially since it seems Eagles had outpecked Magpies for the most part.

Talking of birds, felt for the canaries today. Hope we don't get that kind of thumping from Rangers tomorrow...not feeling confident.

My mum is enjoying what's taking place at Old Trafford. I'm sure she's not the only one.

Didn't get stuffed by Rangers though they came from behind to beat us 1-2. Disappointing!

Sad to see the death announced of the great Walter Smith, the acceptable face of Rangers for many who generally did not normally find Rangers to their liking. A great manager, particularly for Rangers and Scotland; and, by all accounts, a great man. Sad to see him go at only 73.
Walter Smith, one of Rangers' most successful managers and who had spells in charge of Everton and Scotland, has died at the age of 73.

He was almost the Owls manager in 1998 but then went to Goodison instead - our history may have been different had he joined us!

The tributes from all quarters have shown the calibre of the Man, clougie.

Midweek league game against Motherwell this evening for the Buddies. They're the next team up from us so a win would be most timely (as would any win, mind you).

Came back from two down to rescue a point. Still seventh.
