Hope you enjoyed the Nations' League finals as much as I did.... the final itself was the archetypal game of two halves, cagey first/ spectacular second...and so many great strikes in all three games.....!
Mbappé really turned it on didn't he?

See the Jimmy Greaves doc the other night? Really told the whole story.....unblinkingly truthful but very affectionate with it.

Looks like County have a similar problem in your league as the Owls have in League 1 - inconsistency and trying to shape a team - though our problem is exacerbated by constant changes in line ups - some from injuries but mostly through the manager tinkering as he tries to find his best side.

Great to see you back, Rob... been keeping an eye on your crew - seem to be doing ok and hopefully the goals will come. Buddies midway in the league with a -5 GD.

Great to see Stevie Clarke's Scotland narrowly avoid the banana skin of the Faroes with a late Lindon Dykes' goal to add to the late late McTominay effort to beat Israel and solidify second place - three points against Moldova will put Scotland to the play-offs - hold onto that banana skin!

Is there another team in the English and Scottish divisions that at this stage of the season that has thrown so many points away and usually after 80 minutes - today we had on the bench attacking players with fresh legs who could have come on and scored a couple to putvit out of sight - we were 2-0 up just after the hour!
