A terrific performance from the Hampshire Saints today. After a slow start and a bit of luck when Siggi hit the bar, Saints took complete control against the league leaders, and after the second goal we always looked very likely winners. Ralf must be delighted to the response after the Spuds defeat.
The sending off looked fully justified. Lineker must have had his blue tinted glasses on to question that one.

Thanks to Saints for that.... what with the Villa-Leeds 0-3, it really is a switchback rollercoaster this season.... I wonder how the mathematically-inclined-and-calculated-to-the-last-detail Midtjylland will size up on Tuesday... impressive domestic record recently...

Fabinho doing very well, predictably really, as a central defender....some players you can just rely on...

Saints playing well, their only problem is that Hassenhuttl will probably be hard to keep, they were so lucky to get him, he's certainly a great coach.
