I think that he could be the Wenger figure they want there but I hope he stays at Leicester as it would be great to see him run Liverpool close this season - and why swap a great ‘together’ squad for a load of rudderless ‘primae donnae’.

Saints defenders seemed to have spinning heads, as usual, and all they had to do was repel half a dozen Norwich attacks. Which they nearly made a mess of, as it goes.
more vital points in yet another performance of two halves, but at least we are getting something right. A decent centre half (at almost any price) in the window would give us a fighting chance of a respectable season.

It was nice to watch a bit of needle in the Mersey derby last night - hadn't seen that in a while - big Virgil lucky to still be on the park I thought, though Liverpool probably didn't need 11 to beat Everton. And Leicester still on a great streak - should have had a couple more even.
