    Welcome to season 19/20.

(Liverpool looked a bit out of sorts, but had accurately identified the areas to get at Saints leaky back five, longs balls in behind, and always have enough to do you. Best player today, VVD.)
Congrats on the mighty milestone, ts. Sorry you didn't get something out of the game pointswise. VVD is a brilliant player. Recall seeing him playing for Saints at Turfmoor a few seasons back and he was a class above everyone else on the park that day. No game for Buddies today - already ejected from the league cup up here. I see Fort William only got cuffed 1-0 today, by the way!

          Millwall 1 Owls 0

Back to reality - lots of possession - poor finishing.

          Truro still 100%

Seagulls should’ve won. We could’ve put in a few ore goals and had win. Still we are fifth!

Palace were embarrassingly poor. We have no striker. Zaha made no impression. The desperate long balls searching for Benteke's head mostly missed their target.

                          Help needed.
Getting tickets for a Premier League match seems fraught with difficulties. So many obstacles, unless you've already been accepted as an insider. I thought of trying for a Carabao Cup game between Newcastle and Leicester on 28th August. I looked at the websites for both clubs. Leicester City seemed to be a complete dead end with the shutters fully down to outsiders. Newcastle did at least offer newbies a chance, so I'm hoping for success tomorrow morning.

It used to be so easy, turning up at Edgeley Park with 5/- in my pocket. Even easier at Maine Road, where it was only 4/-.

                            That's a very Darin' suggestion.
