Frantic FA Cup final ....Hornets fighting hard, but what a shame about that early chance.....
      ...and once Citeh score, well....

      6-0.....jeepers....

First domestic treble in the Men's Game, which Guardiola was knowledgeable and aware enough to point out.

I hope Sterling plays like this against the Netherlands....

Not fair, they didn’t give Watford a ball to play with.

          Yes cloughie.
They finished bottom of the league that season.
What I hadn’t realised was that they dropped the NE from their name that year and we’re simply known as Glossop,to avoid confusion with Preston.
They reverted to North End in the early 90s.
The Hill-Wood family, who later became involved with Arsenal, were associated associated with Glossop in the early years

Well done City, their football has spoken for itself. I think one of the good things about this years contest between the top sides is that Guardiola and Klopp have concentrated their managerial minds on their players rather than on any futile mind games on each other.

City are a different class to Watford and the score line comes as no surprise really. Now the Man City love-in has started and it's nauseating and painful for me. On the other hand Liverpool are pretty close to city and a champion's league win will boost them tremendously. In the close season a couple of midfield players added to their superb defence and forward line and Liverpool should be fearsome.

A disappointing day at Dens...Saints did what they had to do with a 2nd half hat trick, though when Dundee came down to 9 men, having used all their subs still managed to barrel up to the other end and score an equaliser to make it 2-2 even if we did get the winner. Should have scored about 6 or 7...Dallas was the ref, a Buddies' favourite, having awarded 4 pens against us at Ibrox earlier in the season. The Perth Saints didn't have a shot on target and Hamilton sailed past them, so we have a home and away versus Dundee Utd. At the split most fans would have taken the play-off but I think all were disappointed that St Johnstone had already got their towels on the deckchairs...Thursday and Sunday remain for us.

Steve Clarke's done a wonderful job at Killie since he arrived there a couple of seasons ago, culminating in them finishing third in the league, getting into the Europa, and him being voted Manager of the Year up here...most deservedly. Glad to see him take on the Scotland Head Coach post...hope he can make the transition to the National team. I liked his comment, that he hopes to emulate the successes of the Scotland Women's Team. Hope so too!

Should really be two City elevens - I’m sure they have enough players even to field two subs benches!

The Buddies mist be reasonably pleased with their nights work.

A reasonably enjoyable scoreless with chances on both sides, ts, as these things go anyway. All to Sunday in Paisley with the fingers and toes crossed. Come on Buddies!

Looking forward to JCs thoughts/ report.

                                When he has calmed down.

                                About Thursday I should think.

Great news for the Buddies hopefully some summer strengthening and a better season next time round. Hmmmm ...sounds familiar.

Although a bit sorry to see The Arabs still languishing in the second tier .
