Saints won without really convincing tonight. , with the help of some top level quality finishing from Walker Peters, who really is too good for the Championship.
we were poor first half, much better second half, and just about deserved the points. The manager is rotating his squad, presumably in the hope that our strength in depth will pay dividends over the next month.

One of our best performances of the season . The manager will be disappointed not to have won by more goals. Lots of really good football , more or less from start to finish , all played in freezing fog. Very enjoyable indeed .
the table makes for tough reading after 8 wins in an unbeaten 11 game run, but things look to be heading in the right direction, despite some injury issues this week.
