Thought you'd know that Alison, 'twas Jonesy who took them to their highest league position ever - 8th in the second tier in the previous season when City were relegated to the third tier.
Didn't get to the game after all tonight. Didn't want to risk the journey to Paisley given the weather in the Central belt after a terrible day up here. Delighted that we got a 2-0 win tonight and now a wee bit clear at the top. Our best player Lewis Morgan, who scored the two second-half goals, is being signed by Celtic but looks like he'll be loaned back to the Buddies for the rest of the season, which is great news. He's got a lot in his locker, as they say.
Just for the Forum records

Thanks Rob...apparently former Saints Manager, Alex Rae (rubbish, he was) was summarising for BT Sport with Ally McCoist and they got pelted with snowballs by both sets of supporters. Local derby against Morton during the week is the next game for the Saints...long way to go, but our Manager is doing great. When he took over last year we were adrift at the bottom of the Championship and now we're a wee bit adrift at the top.
Yep Celtic get 10% of the profit. Still, he hasn't been much use to us this season, with his petulance and modest form.
Just a modicum of normal, decent behaviour really should be a reasonable expectation. Some people in VVDs situation manage this, EG. Morgan Schneidelin.
Hear, hear, Sainty. Glad to see the back of him, and I couldn't have foreseen saying that a year ago.

Great stuff ER.
Good to see you are keeping you energy levels up, and don't seem to require rotation over the holiday fixtures.
Board honours to County and Bristol Rovers today, I'd say.
I will not be pushed, filed, stamped, indexed, briefed, debriefed or numbered. My life is my own.
Thanks Rob. Wishing most of the Board Teams lots of 3 points in 2018.
By the way, I got an illustration of how long some of our footballing memories go back in the Guardian's Letters Page on Saturday, which I thought might entertain some in our wee band here:
As a lifelong Stockport County supporter, I’d have more sympathy with Southampton fans bemoaning another player leaving for Liverpool (Letters, 29 December) if their club hadn’t signed our manager, goalkeeper, two defenders and a midfielder as a job lot in the late 1990s.
